Coach IGNACIO DICUN Appointed Corpus Christi FC Academy Director & Head Coach

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX- June 1, 2021
Corpus Christi FC Academy and its partners the United Soccer League are excited to announce the appointment of Ignacio “Nacho” Dicun as its Head Coach and Academy Director 
Corpus Christi FC Youth Soccer Academy as part of its re-organization to provide an excellent and more consistent development curriculum for its athletes has appointed its first full time Academy Head Coach and Director.
Coach Ignacio Dicun will work with CCFC Head Coach and Director of Soccer Operations Mr. Adriano Versari to oversee player development, coaching education and implementation of the Corpus Christi FC Academy curriculum and training methodology.
Coach Ignacio Dicun a is proven winner. He has coached at all levels starting with early youth development to the pre-professional levels. He was named the Assistant coach of the CCFC sharks USL2 team in November of 2020.  
Prior to joining the Corpus Christi FC organization, he played college soccer at Eastern New Mexico University and was an inaugural player for the CCFC sharks PDL team in 2018.He subsequently started his coaching career locally in the Coastal Bend youth soccer setting. 
In 2019 Coach Dicun completed the TOVO Coaching Course at FC Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain to further enhance his coaching knowledge and experience.

Our Aim is that every single graduate of this academy will receive a college scholarship or sign a professional soccer contract.
